Terms and Conditions
Last updated: August 2026
1. Our agreement
Fast2Share is an online file-hosting service: you upload files, we store them, and you share a link with whoever you choose. These Terms are the agreement between you and Fast2Share covering your use of the service — the website, the panel, the download links and the API. By creating an account, buying a plan, uploading a file or downloading one, you agree to the current version of these Terms.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version published here, with the date above, is the one that applies. In these Terms, "you" or "user" means anyone using the service, including free accounts, premium members, resellers and affiliates.
2. The service
The core of the service is free. Premium plans add larger uploads, more storage, higher daily download bandwidth and longer file retention; the exact figures for each plan are shown on the pricing section and in your panel, and those figures are what you are buying.
We may change, add or remove features at any time, and we may stop offering the service. We may refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason. We may suspend or terminate an account that: (a) breaks these Terms or our abuse policy; (b) has not paid what it owes us; (c) gives us information we cannot verify; or (d) exposes us, other users or itself to legal liability. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" — see section 12.
3. Your account
To upload, you need an account: a working email address and a password. Uploading is only available to signed-in users; downloading a shared link is not. Keep your credentials to yourself — anything done with your account is treated as done by you, and sharing an account may get it terminated. Enable two-factor authentication in Settings if you want a second layer, and tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access.
Your account is personal. Do not sell, rent or hand it to anyone else, and do not open multiple accounts to work around a plan's limits. We may terminate accounts we determine to belong to the same person for that purpose.
4. What you may not upload or share
You are solely responsible for everything you upload, store or share, and for the consequences of doing so. You confirm that you hold every right, licence and permission needed for the files you put on the service.
You may not upload, store, or share links to material that:
- infringes anyone's copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property rights;
- is child sexual abuse material — this is removed on sight, the account is terminated and the case is reported to law enforcement;
- depicts or promotes non-consensual acts, violence against people or animals, or incest;
- advocates terrorism or violent extremism, or threatens or intimidates a person;
- is defamatory, invades someone's privacy, or exposes personal data you have no right to publish;
- facilitates illegal trade in weapons, drugs, stolen credentials or stolen data;
- contains malware, or any code designed to damage or gain unauthorised access to a computer system.
You also agree not to use the service in a way that damages, overloads or degrades it: no circumventing plan limits, download caps or security features, no automated scraping of files or accounts you do not own, and no harvesting of other users' details. Automated access is welcome through our API, within your plan's limits.
5. Moderation and reports
We do not routinely review what users upload — but we may review anything, and we may refuse, remove or block access to any file at our discretion. If you believe a file breaks these Terms or infringes your rights, report it through our abuse and DMCA procedure; we act on properly-made notices as quickly as we can.
Because identical files are stored once and referenced by every account that holds them, blocking a reported file blocks every copy of those exact contents on the service.
We may access, keep and disclose file metadata and account information where we reasonably believe it is necessary to comply with the law or a lawful request, to enforce these Terms, to detect or prevent fraud and abuse, to answer a support request, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public.
6. Storage, retention and availability
Files are stored on our own storage servers. Each plan has a storage quota, a maximum file size, a daily download-bandwidth allowance, and a retention period — files are deleted automatically once that period expires, and the period that applies is the one on your plan at the time of upload. Deleted files stop being downloadable immediately; their bytes are reclaimed shortly afterwards and cannot be restored.
Files may also be removed when an account is inactive for a long period, when a plan expires, when storage is reclaimed for abuse, or when required by law.
Fast2Share is not a backup service. Keep your own copy of anything you care about. We do not guarantee that any file will be retained, and we are not liable for files that are lost, deleted or unavailable.
7. Premium plans and payment
Premium plans are prepaid and run for a fixed term shown at checkout. Payment is taken through our payment providers — cryptocurrency and the other methods offered on the payment page. We do not see or store your card details; the payment provider handles them. A provider may add its own network or processing fee on top of the plan price.
Your plan activates as soon as the payment is confirmed. Crypto payments confirm on-chain, so activation can take a few minutes; an underpaid or expired invoice is handled as described on the payment page. Your subscription and its expiry date are always visible in the panel.
Where a plan renews automatically, you can switch renewal off in the panel at any time and keep the plan until its current term ends. Prices and plan contents may change, but never inside a term you have already paid for.
8. Refunds
Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible and are non-refundable once a plan has been activated. For other payment methods, ask support within 24 hours of the purchase and before you have used the premium benefits — in particular before you have downloaded with the plan. Requests are decided case by case; where we agree to refund, it is returned through the same method it was paid with, and the plan is cancelled at the same time.
Premium keys, reseller credit and affiliate balances are not refundable in cash.
9. Resellers
Approved resellers buy premium keys at a discount and resell them at a price they set. Credit is loaded up front and is spent as keys are minted; unspent credit is not refundable and cannot be transferred to another account. You are responsible for your own customers, your own billing and your own tax obligations, and you may not advertise Fast2Share in a way that is misleading or that implies we operate your storefront. Redeeming your own keys to inflate an affiliate balance is a breach of these Terms. To apply, open a support ticket under Reseller.
10. Affiliate program
The affiliate program pays publishers a share of what their traffic generates — see the program and rates. Accounts are approved manually; we may decline or deactivate any account. Earnings are calculated from real, verified activity: downloads that fail our anti-fraud checks (proxies, VPNs, datacenter ranges, self-traffic and duplicate hits) do not count, and neither does traffic from countries outside the program's targeting.
Payouts are made to the wallet on your affiliate account once the balance reaches the stated minimum. We may withhold or reverse earnings, and close the affiliate account, where activity is fraudulent, where the promoted content breaks section 4, or where a payment behind an earning is charged back. Rates are the ones published at the time the activity happened.
11. Our content and your content
Everything on the service that is not user content — the software, design, name and logo — belongs to Fast2Share or its licensors, and you may not copy, modify or reuse it.
You keep all rights in your files. By uploading them you give us only the permission we need to run the service: to store them, to make the technical copies needed to serve them, and to deliver them to anyone using a link you shared. We do not use your files for anything else.
12. Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent the law allows. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that it will meet your requirements, or that any file will remain available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss — including lost profits, lost data, lost business or damage to reputation — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Fast2Share and its operators against any third-party claim, loss, damage, cost or legal fee arising from your use of the service, from the files you upload or share, or from your breach of these Terms.
14. General
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a right on one occasion does not waive it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours to a successor of the business. Nothing here creates a partnership, employment or agency relationship between us.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and abuse policy, are the whole agreement between you and Fast2Share about the service.
15. Contact
Questions about these Terms go to our contact form; rights-holder reports go through the abuse and DMCA procedure.
